Find Your Peace has designed a basic online assessment on mental health.
There are 3 questionnaires focusing on topics of Depression, Anxiety and Burnout. It consists of 10 general questions each, regarding day to day life and should typically not take more than 5-6 minutes to fill out. 

The test will give you a basic understanding of your well-being. Your results will be mailed to you thereafter.
Please be honest and sincere in your responses for accurate advice.
Your scores will be kept confidential.
